  2. 2 big onions
  3. 3 beef stock cubes

Instructions
  1. Get your pressure cooker, If you don't have one I would suggest investing, they are not expensive and could reduce dramatically the time spent on cooking.
  2. Add the short ribs to the pan.
  3. Peel and cut the onions into quarters, add the onions to the pan.
  4. Crumble the stock cubes on top of the ribs.
  5. Put the lid on, make sure its locked.
  6. Cook it on a high heat for about 45 to 50 min.
  7. Run the pan under cold water for 30 seconds before opening the pressure pan to cool it down.
  8. Open the lid and enjoy a soft tender short ribs melting off the bone!

Meet the Chefs

Our passion for Brazilian cuisine comes from growing up around people that could cook, and cook well. We praise our parents and grandparents culinary skills. We Brazilians love food and especially the social side of it, getting together with friends and family, having a few beers and eating great food.
